We would like to wish all our clients a very happy Christmas and a huge thank you from Tim and Paul. We have had another fantastic year and growing each and every year. So, thank you for all your support in 2019.
The Koi industry isn’t the easiest of industries to be in, but we continue to do better and better. We are coming into our 11th year since we started Quality Nishikigoi and we have seen a lot of change. We like to think we have grown with the times and stayed relevant within the Koi business.
As many know from our recent YouTube video’s, we have built a new 4000-gallon Quarantine system. We can now bring in more larger Koi in the future and settle them in faster than ever. We now have 8000 gallons of Quarantine, in a totally separate facility. This is all Cefas approved.
There will be a few changes next year, we will have the full range of stock from Evolution Aqua, including their new Varipumps, UV’s, Airtechs, Pond Bombs, the Pure range, DE chlorinators, Eazy Pods and of course the Nexus range of Koi Pond filters. In 2019 we sold so many of these units this year. We run 8 Nexus filters at our facility and that includes the Quarantine systems too. We have 3 K1 Micro bead filters running too. If you want to come and check out the Nexus running perfectly and the clarity of our water, you’re more than welcome.
We also stock the entire range of pressure pipe, so ¾” all the way to 4”. We have it, and it’s all in stock. So, if you are looking to build a new pond, or even upgrade an existing pond, please allow us to give you a quote on the equipment. We sell huge amounts of pipework now. In 2019 we sold in excess of 1500m of 1.5” pipe alone. We have it all.
We currently are waiting for the Koi we bought on our last buying trip to Japan to complete Quarantine and we will then get them up on the website. However, in typical fashion at Quality Nishikigoi, our Koi sell very quickly. Well over 5000 Koi were sold in 2019 and we are already preparing for everyone coming down to see the new Koi in the new Year. So please get down ASAP in 2020 if you are looking for Koi.
We will be back in Japan for the All Japan Koi Show in Feb, and then we return again in Spring for another trip! We cannot wait!
