This past week we cleaned the new 30″ K1 Micro Bead filter on the new Quarantine pond. It really didn’t need it but just for video purposes really. Not much muck came out.
There are 10 Koi in the pond eating 100-120 grams of food per day. The Bead was cleaned a week after they went in.
The water readings are still all great, PH at 7.3, Nitrite Zero and Ammonia Zero! We are checking it all the time as this is the major part of the test. We do need readings!
