We arrived bang on time, managed to get through customs, and picked luggage up in around 10minutes!
The line for the train tickets took longer!
Anyway, but 1.45pm we had arrived in Nagaoka and collected the car…then off to hunt.
We went the long way round because I wanted to stop at Kawakami and have a look, luckily he is bringing some nice Koi in all the time and we managed to pick this very rare Doitsu Shiro Utsuri, Sansai and over 60cm. I have had this on order for ages. The client bought it straight away. Very cool.
Then a quick look at Yagenji’s lower house, where we saw a wonderful Shiro Utsuri. Sansai, 55cm. Skin quality was special and also the head pattern. Only 2.5yrs old…a very bright future. Now sold.
